(Subcontract to Albuquerque Area Indian Health Board [AAIHB]) At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, tribal communities in New Mexico used a wide range of strategies in their efforts to control the spread of the virus on tribal lands. This mixed methods project, funded by CDC Federal Award #6 NU1ROT000111, combines a retrospective secondary data analysis with first person interviews to evaluate response activities, patterns, strengths, gaps, and potential best practices across the 27-tribe service area.
