The goal of this project was to synthesize and analyze local-level data to determine whether decreases in self-reported alcohol, tobacco and other drug use (ATOD) were occurring among participants/recipients of direct services prevention programming, including environmental and curriculum-based strategies. Through a subcontract with the State of New Mexico, PIRE created data collection instruments, designed data collection protocols, trained local evaluators on those protocols, provided data collection oversight and monitoring, and analyzed and reported on local and state level data relevant to targeted outcomes.
